How hard do you have to be hit, for brain hemorrhage, if you have high blood pressure?

hard enough: You have to be hit hard enough to tear a blood vessel. That's hard to quantitate. If i told you, "100 dynes per square centimeter", would it mean anything to you? (it wouldn't to me!).
