How do they sterilize the suctions tools in a dentist office?

Disposable: The tips, the parts that go into your mouth, are disposable. The hoses, tubes, and suction apparatus are sterilized by running sterilizing and cleaning solutions through them.

Some offices may use sterilized non-disposable evacuation tips, which are metal. They are sterilized by an autoclave, which is a high heat or chemical sterilization.
