Covid Concerns: Most if not all medical/dental offices are limiting the number of patients in the office at any one time to help prevent close contact. Good ventilation is a key in preventing contamination. Patients in treatment rooms really don't face each other. Discuss your concerns with your dentist.

COVID 19 concerns: Lack of treatment room doors doesn't mean COVID 19 will be transmitted. Most dental offices check temperatures & ask screening questions prior to patients entering. Patients usually wear masks until it is time for procedures. Patients don't normally congregate in waiting rooms any more. Areas are usually well ventilated. You can ask about protocol before hand.
