How do i get rid of sandfly scar?

It Depends: I sympathize since i got bitten by sandflies2 years ago! my scratching caused scars which, thankfully, are flat but hypopigmented. I will probably use flesh colored tattoo pigment to hide them. Depending on whether the scars are red, raised or dark, there are other treatments such as silicone gel, steroid injections or bleaching creams respectively. You may need to see a plastic surgeon.
