Tone and tuck: The first thing is to tone your arms and improve muscle bulk to take up some of the loose skin. However in the vast majority of cases, the looses skin is best treated with excision particularly after massive weight loss. Minor degrees of skin laxity may see very small improvements 7-15% contraction with radiofrequency treatment but this is not consistent, .

Avoid sun damage: The sun causes skin to get dry and leathery. Drink plenty of water and apply body moisturizers twice daily. After taking a shower apply body oil or lotion to lock in the moisture. Do not sit in the hot tub, swimming pool, bath tub or any other body of water for long periods of time.
