Lots: 1 200 mg advil/motrin/ibuprofen every 4 hrs. Rinse w 1 tsp salt in 8oz warm water 4x/day. Cover braces w orthodontic wax. Use cold compresses 1st 24 hrs, warm compresses next 48 hrs. Eat soft high protein diet.
