Likely no problem.: This does not seem to be a problem. You might just have had one high temperature reading. If you get some extra rest, you might not even get a cold. A little more rest, dinking plenty of fluids, and staying clean will give you a great chance of not even getting a cold, or at least, a quick recovery if you get one.
