A member asked:

My husband is in malaysia and his body temperature ranges between 34.1 and 36.4 deg celcius. he does not show symptoms of being cold. he is 54 years old. is the lower temperature normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: This is fine as long as he has no symptoms and has no reason to suspect hypothermia. However, if lower temps persist, he may be having hypothyroidism, especially if he also has low heart rate and soft tissue swelling
