Pimple on thigh and the pus is a clear fluid, what should i do?

Depends: If this thing is large, enlarging rapidly or causing serious signs or symptoms ( nausea, vomiting, pain up the leg, pain way out of proportion to the lesion, high fever, etc.) you should see someone. Otherwise a warm compress a few times a day, a bandage and good hygiene should resolve this.
