Unlikely!: Migraines tend not to be triggered by position and are often characterized by pain or a sensation of light/sound sensitivity. This could be dehydration. Or an inner ear problem. More details needed.

Not necessarily: If you mean that the room spins, that is vertigo type of dizziness and could be related to inner ears.
