Enlarged swollen glands under jaw, do i need to remove it?

No: It is common for these glands to well up from any kind of sore throat. They would likely go away on their own. But if they are painless and start growing in size beyond 2-3 weeks then you need to get a medical examination to be sure that nothing more serious is affecting the lymph nodes.
