Reactive lymph nodes which may be present in a upper respiratory illness or they may be due to an active bacterial infection in the oral cavity such as tooth infection, tonsillitis, etc. You do not need oral antibiotic if the reactive lymph nodes are due to a viral infection. Good luck.
