: The zygomatic bone connects the bones of the face and forms the outer side of your eye socket and upper part of your cheek. It does not move or shift. The bone does not aid or inhibit swallowing. If you are having joint pain in your mandible please see a local dentist.

Cheek bone: The zygoma forms the bulk of your cheek. A fracture is referred to as a tripod fracture but really is a quadrapod wri splaying a common fracture pattern: 1)  the boney ledge under your eye, 2) the boney rim to the outside of your eye (near temple), 3) the boney arch/ridge that travels towards the ear 4) the bone support extending down to the upper teeth/canine area.  Numbness upper lip is common.

See a doctor: There are many variables to your question. At 15 days your bones are likely stuck in their current position. This is good if they are in the proper position, bad if they are not. See a qualified plastic surgeon or maxillofacial surgeon with experience treating facial fractures for an opinion. The sooner the better.

i was hit pretty hard with a wrench on what i think is my zygomatic bone no fracture but now i have issues with my sinuses. possible the hit is cause?

Depends: This is hard to answer without a full history and physical and reviewing your chart.  If you had a CT scan it may not have shown a zygomatic fracture, but you may have had fractures of the maxillary sinus wall. Typically these don't require repair and may sometimes not even be mentioned to the patient. If thats the case, then yes the two could be related. I would review your previous records.
