Not related: The size of your zygoma will not cause any speech issues, as they are not involved in those functions. Perhaps having some speak counseling would be more useful. Often training and practice will help you speak clearly and better pronounce your words. Speech therapists are available to evaluate your situation, and can guide you in a program to help you.
