I would be concerned about taking Zoloft along with phentermine as I would be worried about possible hyperactivity or agitation with this combination. Trick question?: Nettle leaf supplements have no interactions with zoloft (sertraline) or phentermine.  But -- combining Phentermine with zoloft (sertraline) can lead to confusion, increased blood pressure or heart rate, loss of coordination, restlessness, sweating, tremor, vomiting, or other serious side effects.  Not a good plan, even though it isn't specifically what you were asking about..

Wouldn't do it: Combining zoloft (sertraline) with Phentermine risks  serotonin syndrome.  It's rare but dangerous -- may include confusion, hallucinations, seizures, blood pressure changes, increased heart rate, fever, sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Phentermine: I am very worried that you are willing to take phentermine. This is a harmful and dangerous drug marketed as an appetite suppressant. I have never seen it lead anyone to real or sustained weight loss. It tricks the brain into an obsession that one cannot eat without it. Any physician who would prescribe it for you does not have your best interest in mind.

i just started taking phentermine and lexapro. is it okay to take the phentermine in the morning and lexapro at night? roughly 12 hours apart. i stopped zoloft and started lexapro for depression and anxiety.?

: Go to Drugs.com and check the interactions of these two meds and all others you may be taking,  Some will speed up the metabolism of another med and make it work less well because the blood level is lower and others will slow the drug metabolism down and make the med work better or lead to side effects for have too high of a blood level. Discuss with your Dr and be certain to enter all meds.
