just started 50mg of zoloft (sertraline). how long do i give the anxiousness, sweats & dry mouth to go away? also, took in am but will switch to pm. that okay?

Initial discomfort: Regardless of what time you take Zoloft, (sertraline) there will be a variable symptoms at the beginning of treatment. Sometimes this can go on for one week or longer, Don't give it up.

this is my 2nd time taking zoloft, (sertraline) i didn't have any side effects the first time, but now. dry mouth, headaches, and its really hard to urinate. 100mg?

See your MD: You may need your dosage changed or another medication.  See your physician and discuss the side effects with them.

i've been on prilosec for a while as well as zoloft (sertraline).  still have lump in throat feeling and now a dry mouth.  ?

Talk to doctor: I presume your doctor was treated you for laryngopharyngeal reflux. Assuming that you are taking Prilosec correctly (before breakfast) , you may need to take it before dinner as well but should not do so until you have talked to your doctor.  If the problem persists, see an ENT doctor.

Normal: These side effects are common and usually improve after several weeks.  Optimal benefit of the medication may not be seen for 3-4 weeks, so tolerating side effects for a few more weeks is recommended.  Sometimes using a step up dose from 25 mg for a week or so before going to 50 is helpful.

Possibly: These are two important findings in Sjogrens.  Check with your ophthalmologist or a rheumatologist for other clues to this diagnosis.

Get a checkup: Dry mouth could be the side effect of certain medication . Also dry mouth could be the result of malfunction of salivary glands . Dry mouth and dry eyes at the same time could reflect certain systemic disorders. I.E sjogren's syndrome . Please get a checkup by your physician. For the proper diagnosis.

dry mouth and eyes after taking neuromind supplements for 3 days, now 2 months on and its still awful. salivary glands work with food or pushing under jaw but not a lot on their own. ultrasound ruled out sjorgens. please advise what else it could be?

: I doubt your symptoms caused by 3 days of Neuromind supplement. It is just a coincidence.
I do not understand when you stated Sjogren's syndrome had been ruled out by ultrasound which I have never heard of. How 's serology test result? Have you ever been evaluated by a rheumatologist?

Possible: Sounds like you have done your research.  Defintiely possible, consider seeing a rheumatologist to go over your symptoms.

Dry  mouth: If your eyes and mouth feel as dry as a desert, there are many possible causes, such as bad air quality and certain medications. But if you have long-lasting, uncomfortable dryness in your eyes and mouth, along with fatigue or pain and swelling in some of your joints, you may have a condition called sjögren’s syndrome. See your physician to do several tests to make a diagnosis.
