Get a checkup: Dry mouth could be the side effect of certain medication . Also dry mouth could be the result of malfunction of salivary glands . Dry mouth and dry eyes at the same time could reflect certain systemic disorders. I.E sjogren's syndrome . Please get a checkup by your physician. For the proper diagnosis.

Timing: There are lots of reasons for dry mouth as well as dry eyes. Medications. Diseases and disorders. The late timing may be due to activity throughout the day and the reduction of fluids come to a head, so more inflammation and parchness. See your md.
