Benadryl (diphenhydramine) &amp; naproxen: OTC meds to try to lessen nausea (in place of zofran) can include things like Dramamine (meclizine, dimenhydrinate), like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Zyrtec (dyphenhydramine, loratadine, cetirizine), or like Zantac (famotidine, ranitidine).

Toradol is an NSAID like OTC ibuprofen or naproxen.

Not sure what you meant about saline. Salt + water = saline so you can make that easily enough.

Emetrol: 5 ml 1/2 hour before eating or drinking. I prefer the lemon flavor but also available in cherry flavor. avoid dairy products &amp; give small sips of fluids frequently to prevent dehydration

i have had a stomach bug (vomited all night thursday). better yesterday, but now feeling nautilus again abd having bad diarrhea . took a zofran and want to take an otc anti diarrhea medicine. will this be safe?

I'm confused about: where you live.  FDA has jurisdiction in the United States,  Puerto Rico, D.C. and its official territories.  If Zofran meets the FDA requirements for an OTC medication, it could eventually become OTC.  But it's not now &amp; not likely to be so any time soon.  Getting a Rx med available OTC is a long process.

Drink it strong: Ginger can reduce nausea &amp; upset stomach. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger &amp; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

help with migraine and nausea after an si joint epidural for chronic si joint dysfunction? migraine showed up at 48hrs, went away with otc meds but came back after 16hrs with severe nausea.urgent care gave zofran and toradol, slight relief for~2hr?

: Confusing post, as epidural injections are not directed to the SI joint.  Perhaps this involves the spinal column and now there is a post-LP headache?
