Nausea/Vomiting: Zofran (ondansetron) is typically used for nausea/vomiting prevention and also chemotherapy-related nausea. I've seen it used for other nausea prevention related purposes too.

Zofran: Ondansetron, 5-HT3 antagonist, is used for nausea & vomiting after surgery or chemotherapy. It has been used off label to treat anxiety & panic disorders, as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & as an adjunct to antipsychotics in Schizophrenia.
