BOOST TESTOSTERONE?: Testosterone is a steroid hormone secreted by the testis in men and ovaries in women.  A small amount is also secreted by the adrenal glands.  Testosterone levels decline with age in humans and unfortunately there are no natural ways to boost the hormone.  The only way to boost testosterone levels in the blood is from externally administered testosterone.

No, don't do any T: Never take any exogenous (outside) testosterone if you want to maintain your fertility. It doesn't matter whether it's a shot, patch, or cream, etc, as it's being studied as a reversible form of contraception (birth control) in men. Any time you want to raise your t, you risk negative feedback at your pituitary, thereby shutting lh & fsh, so no more t & sperm production. There are other options.

20yo or 35yo?: Low T is uncommon in 20yo. Go see your family doc for evaluation. Regardless of age, we (I) don't recommend prescription testosterone pills for anyone because of risk of liver damage. Given all the other prescription TRT, it's not worth taking excess risk. However, if you're referring to over-the-counter "testosterone boosters", then there's really no data that they work, much less are even safe.
