Natural and meds: there are natural ways to increase testosterone, including resistance training, getting a good nights sleep, losing excess weight, supplementation with zinc, avoiding excess sugar. if indicated, your doctor can also prescribe testosterone replacement therapy as a prescription medication.

Um, it's very easy: Hi. Yes, if you have been diagnosed with hypogonadism (aka low testosterone), testosterone replacement is very effective, and will help with symptoms caused by the low testosterone. There are many options for testosterone replacement, generally falling under the transdermal and intramuscular injection categories. Whoever diagnosed your low testosterone will (I assume!) discuss treatment with you.

LOW T EVAL: Low T Evaluation and diagnosis of cause is critical. At 26 it is unusal and needs a through workup exam/labs/testiciular US/ and potentially a brain MRI. You will need regular Monitering of testosterone and PSA levels . Follow up with a through PCP and endocrine consult. Low T can cause symptoms of male menopause =ANDROPAUSE.
