Increased congestion: Many of the Zicam nasal sprays contain nasal decongestants, similar to the afrin brand of nasal sprays. Topical nasal decongestant sprays are safe if used for a short period of time. If used for more than a few days, however, they can cause rebound congestion, which can become more severe than the original reason for using the spray. Never use for more than 3 days straight.

Glaucoma and cataracts are even more rare.

Only a few: Triptans can increase blood pressure, and sometimes drowsiness and lethargy follows useage.  Triptans do affect size of blood vessels indirectly.  Since too frequent or too high dosing over a short period of time can increase risk for heart attacks and/or strokes, doctors limit maximal doses for 24 hrs and 7 days.  However, the nasal spray is very quick and effective, and a serious event is rare.
