Confusing: Eosinophils are a group of white blood cells (WBCs) that fight infection from parasites and fungi. It is normal for them to make up a really small proportion (e.g. 1%) of your total WBCs. But I find it odd that they would register 1% and also 0.00 on the absolute count. Not AT ALL medically concerning, but the math seems weird. I would ask the doc that ordered the lab, ok?

Need more info: The liver enzymes are mildly elevated. The commonest cause is alcohol intake. If you drink, stop entirely for three months and re do the test. Are you on any medication? Have you been tested for hepatitis c? All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that.

What about 100: However if you over do it and eat 100 strawberries in a row, you can be sure at some point it will add up to calories injested. The zero point system is to encourage healthy intake of fruits and vegetables, however, i dont think it is completely limitless.

Nutrition & exercise: 1st, let's be clear. There is no "perfect" size. Size 0 is no better than size 2 or 20. Cycling is an excellent form of exercise. Engage in any physical activity of your choice since you need to do something for the rest of your life. Be prepared to eat healthy - lots of brightly or darkly colored fruits & veggies, healthy fats like olive oil & avocados plus lean protein. Focus on getting healthy.
