Dyspepsia: Yes you can take your Zantac (ranitidine) and should since any NSAID can cause GI upset and dyspepsia. There is actually and combination medication that will help protect your stomach

Know wat ur treating: There's nothing in your right lower abdomen that ibuprofen or zantac (ranitidine) will affect. Simple diarrhea will cause sharp squeezing pains that come and go and are not affected by movement or pushing on the area cause it comes from increased intestinal peristalsis (squeezing). If diarrhea  more than a few days, or fever, chills, or pain is constant, or worse when moving or pushing on your belly, go to ER

can just 1 pill 400 mg of ibuprofen taken one time only cause gastritis lasting for 2 months in sensitive person ? i had burning in stomach on and off for 2 months after consuming just 1 pill and always relieved instantly with zantac as needed.

No: You may already have gastritis or GERD, one pill of ibuprofen would just trigger it for one day not for two months, you can keep taking the zantac as needed,  read the labels carefully and don't exceed recommended dosage and duration, till you see your doctor for a definitive diagnosis and treatment , good luck

NO: Your Aspirin and Ibuprofen allergy is significant and you may put yourself in a potentially life threatening situation if you take them. If you need Aspirin get desensitized, see an allergist.

can i take colchicine and ibuprofen (for pericardial effusion) with my regular meds, which are zantac daily and occasional valtrex (valacyclovir) for fever blisters?

Drug interactions: The only problen i see is that you are on zantac (ranitidine) presumably for gastritis/gerd.  Ibuprophen can certainly worsen these symptoms.  Make sure you use ibuprophen on a full stomach and avoid any alcohol.  If you have any abdominal pain, stop the ibuprophen immediately.

May be of use.: Wouldn't be contraindicated, but not technically the type of medication useful for prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers.  That would be Nexium (esomeprazole).

Yes: Ranitidine mitigates ibuprofen's stomach ulcer causing effect. Take with milk or food.

Probably: There is nothing in the medical literature abut a major drug interaction, but minor drug interactions are possible.

Prob best advice is to not take them at the same time, separate but at least 1-2 hours.
