Depends: veins do not pulsate It is probably the temporal artery. It all depends as to how long lasting and how long are the headaches. Is it associated with any other symptoms? If persistent get medical advvice

Likely migraine.: Arteries and veins do not hurt intermittently.  Pulsating feeling of migraine headache is perceived as artery or vein hurting.

Venous pain r head: May be ear ache, can be rarely aneurysm, migraine, ( asocaited with light sensitivity , nausea? HTN? may be vascular  Consider testing sed rate  as it may be temporal arteritis, for which ultimately a biopsy is done.  Would go to ER as at 44 the study the would do first CT or mRI can't be done in a clinic . Go to ER today

Complex Partial Sz: may be symptomatic of an underlying condition like AVM. Discuss these recent observations with your neurologist

: I don't see a direct anatomic link between the pulsatile tinnitus &amp; the twitching. I recommend consulting a neuro ototlaryngologist at the department of otolaryngology at a university hospital for evaluation and advice. Any appropriate testing will be performed.

Lots of things: Besides migraine, lots of things can cause left sided headaches (or right-sided headaches). There is no disease which only causes left-sided headaches--if this is what you mean by your question. Other causes of unilateral headaches includes brain tumor, blood clots, bone infections, aneurysms, blood vessel malformations, cysts, scalp abscess, etc.

Depends...: It could be as simple as a run of the mill headache to something more serious.  If it does not improve consult with your doctor.  If it is associated with more concerning symptoms such as dizziness, blurry/double vision, etc seek urgent medical attention.
