No medicines.: I do not know your age, it your penis, and how big it gets, is simply a factor of what you were born with.  They come in all sorts of sizes, length and girth vary from one man to another.  There is no medicine or trick to making your penis larger.

Mechanical issue: Reflux is a backwash of stomach contents. It results when the circular muscle closing the swallow tube is unable to resist the pressure made by the stomach muscle as it churns/mixes the feed. It is aggravated by a full stomach, laying flat &amp; tends to increase from birth, peaking at 3-4 mo &amp; only reducing after they sit up at 6-7mo. Formulas don't matter. Thickening &amp; small feeds may help.
