SSRI's often help: Selective serotonin uptake inhibitors may be effective (example zoloft or sertraline). It is very common in younger males (age seems to be another cure for premature ejaculation!). Check with your primary care physician first to make sure there are no physical or hormonal issues, or whether he may recommend a referral.

Several: There are several medications used for premature ejaculation but they are used as off label indications. These medications include paxil, (paroxetine) zoloft, and prozac.

SSRI antidepressants: As others have answered several times now, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssri's) such as zoloft (sertraline) and prozac, may help. If the person is not "depressed", a lower dose of the medication may serve the desired purpose.

Meds & Psychotherapy: Some antidepressants are sometimes used (such as clomipramine and dapoxetine) because one of their side effects is inhibited orgasm, which helps delay ejaculation. Tramadol, a pain medication, can also delay ejaculation. . Talk with your doctor to see what's best for you. Also consider psychotherapy from a psychologist experienced with CBT. Get help soon, treatment works well for this!
