Check with doctor: Xanax (alprazolam) doesn&#x27;t come in 10 mg strength of bar or tablet. You probably have the 2 mg bar scored to be easily taken in lesser amounts. Check with prescribing doctor to clarify what is the best dose if you can&#x27;t take the whole bar. Take care.

Not sure: I do recommend you go to ED for evaluation, that is a large dose and it is possible for your life to be in danger due to overdose.  Also concerned why you took all these pills, are you trying to hurt yourself?

: It is not good to be mixing benzodiazepams (xanax) and narcotic like pain medications (tramadol). Would be best to use something else for pain. If are able to tolerate ibuprofen and acetominophen then take 1000 mg of acetominophen with 800 mg of ibuprofen. That combination of medication is very effective for pain.

slightly different: Both meds are in the class of benzodiazepines.  Klonopin has a longer 1/2 life than xanax (alprazolam).  
One dose of 0.5mg of Klonopin is roughly equivalent to 0.25mg of xanax (alprazolam).

Odds are favorable : It depends on the sensitivity of the screening test.  It also depends on your overall health, condition of your liver and whether or not other drugs are competing for metabolism. In general, the shorter acting benzodiazepines are cleared from the body within a week. Barring any additional use of Xanax, (alprazolam) the chances are good that the screen will be negative.
