Yes: If the stinger is still in the skin it can still deliver toxins into the stinger! be sure not to squeeze the stinger and introduce further toxins when you remove it from the skin.

Typically no: Foot fungus (aka athelete's foot) typically will present as a rash that is scaly and itch.  Yellow discharge is typically related to pus and will indicate some kind of infection.  Hard to know for sure without examining - you should consider seeing a foot specialist.

Yes. Get it seen to-: By your pcp and get investigated with lab work, maybe culture/sensitivity of the fluid will need to be obtained and keep the lesions covered, to prevent them getting infected. A referral to a foot doc might be necessary.

Infection : Your dressing should be changed on a daily basis. .You need to wash the wound with warm water. If you persist in having a yellow discharge you need to see the doctor who put in the sutures as the wound may be infected

NORMAL VARIATION: You have good Circulation and Arch is not weight bearing part of the foot usually id paler than the rest of the foot.

: Get examined and treated ASAP. I don't think it's an allergic reaction and am concerned about infection and/or foreign body reaction as this could be more than a bug bite. Let the MD know of your tetanus booster status.

The skin is dry: If the skin is cracked it is dry.  There are various causes of this.  One to consider is athlete's foot.   It can easily spread to the hands via contact.   When this skin is dry, it cannot stretch where there is motion.  Water from bathing also tends to collect in these areas and can exacerbate the condition.

: You may try over the counter antifungal topical treatment. It takes weeks for fungal infection to be resolved. If that does not help, see a podiatrist as you may need to take oral medication.

Swelling: Any swelling with discoloration can be serious.   Seek the assistance of a podiatrist.  Good luck !
