I steped on a bug 3 days ago and felt a sharp pain (the only thing i saw was some crumpled up bug and a yellow stain), the following days my foot swoll a lot, and where the bug stang me i have a small red dot that feels hard, and my foot hurts a lot?

Get examined and treated ASAP. I don't think it's an allergic reaction and am concerned about infection and/or foreign body reaction as this could be more than a bug bite. Let the MD know of your tetanus booster status.
