Stool may vary: Yellow stool with a "black spot in it" may be of concerned  or just a variation of your normal stool process. Stool can change in quantity, consistency, and frequency with changes in diet, medication or illness. You should monitor your stools over the next few days and keep tract of any recent changes in your normal diet or medications or supplements you are taking. If it continues see your PCP.

General symptoms...: There are a lot of things that can cause these general symptoms.  If your urine is concentrated and you are constipated, make sure you are drinking LOTS of fluids.  If the black spots have any red in them, you should be evaluated.  Sometimes Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) can cause both constipation and black spots in stool.  If you have a fever or any other focused symptoms, see a doctot.

Funny stools: Anything that can cause fat to not be digested, absorbed or processed correctly. Pancreas or gallbladder problems, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, hepatitis chronic, cholestasis.

Black spots: Black spots in your stool are more likely specks of blood in your stool. You can get tested by your doctor or an over the counter stool test to see if you have blood. You may require further testing. Parasites are unlikely unless you have recent travel or other risk factors. If so, your doctor can also test for this but this is low on the differential.
