Stool may vary: Yellow stool with a "black spot in it" may be of concerned or just a variation of your normal stool process. Stool can change in quantity, consistency, and frequency with changes in diet, medication or illness. You should monitor your stools over the next few days and keep tract of any recent changes in your normal diet or medications or supplements you are taking. If it continues see your PCP.
