Yellow conjunctiva: Hmmm. all of my eyes are between my eyeliner. Need good picture. Recommend you ask your Dr to look and tell about your concern. You can also google yellow spots on conjunctive and look at images to see if you can match up. But better to show to your Dr.

Cyst?: It could be a cyst.  Are there any other symptoms or signs?  If it is a cyst, the are benigh and sometimes go away on their own.  But they can be easily removed in the office too.

Many causes: There are many causes: macular degeneration or other inherited macular dystrophies, infection, inflammation, etc. You must see or ask a retina specialist who examines you.

Pinguecula: Yellow spots on the white part of the eye can be due to: pinguecula (most common: due to sun exposure), nevus (a pigmentation like a freckle), nodule (due to an autoimmune condition and is rare), vitamin deficiency (rare). An eyemd can look under the microscope diagnose and give you peace of mind. Weak eye sight: likely need glasses. If any eye pain, see eyemd asap. Best regards.

Pinguecula: These are yellow spots horizontally next to the cornea at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions.  Jaundice stains the sclera so the entire white of the eye becomes yellow.

Pingueculum: It's probably a pingueculum, particularly if it is painless.  These usually occur in the inner and/or outer white part of the eye. May be yellowish and occasionally can become inflamed. Other possibilities could include a cyst, scar, foreign body, calcium, limbal dermoid, tumor and others. If concerned see an eye md.

Pinguecula: The most common would be a form of sun damage called pinguecula.  However, other causes can be allergies called trantas dots, freckles called nevi, and growth of abnormal tissue such as warts called papillomas.  The list is long and treatments vary from using artificial tears and wearing dark glasses to topical or systemic medication. Diagnosis would require evaluation by an ophthalmologist.

Pingueculua: You have discovered a normal feature of the eye surface next to the colored part.  You can have as many as four - one on each side of each eye.  They are a protective feature of the eyes against uv light, wind and dust.  They have that peculiar name, pinguecula.  They are harmless and will had as you grow older usually over 60.

i have a fluffy looking yellow spot in my eye by the  pupil in my whole eye also feels itchy and hurts a bit, it's not stringy runny. it's like a spot?

Pinguecula: You have discovered your pinguecula.  Most people in the middle years have these to some degree - they are the eyes protective deposit against wind and sun and occur next to the color part of the eye on either side.  They are asymptomatic unless seriously large.  You almost certainly have these in both eyes.
