HIV exposure: If the first HIV test was negative at 3 weeks, a 2nd test should be done 6 months after the last at risk exposure to be truly negative. Recurrent yeast infections indicate a repetitive change in the vaginal pH levels which can be due to harsh soaps, douches, frequent intercourse, etc. Have a MD reexamine the area and consider a longer term Rx if present. ( 1 to 2 weeks).

No risk. STD?: Yeast is not usually transmitted sexually to partners. White coated tongue usually isn't yeast. Also, if you had a vaginal yeast infection, you can't transmit it by performaing oral sex. Are you sure you had a vaginal yeast infection? Professionally diagnosed? At your age of 16, STDs are more common than yeast. See a doctor if you have any doubt about it. Good luck!

Oral Thrush: I suggest you first get a second opinion about your diagnosis as your condition is resistant to traditional treatment. There are many other diseases that can cause white patches on oral mucosa and/or tongue.

Disseminated Yeast?: So you have  fungal infection on your feet, in groin area and inside mouth? Do you sweat a lot? Do you routinely clean your mouth - twice a day brushing? How often you bathe and after shower do you dry your skin properly? Fungus likes warm moist parts of body. If you can keep yourself dry - you should avoid it from coming back. For now, you do need systemic and topical anti- fungal.
