General inbalance: There is no direct corelation between the yeast infection and canker sores.  The occurrance of canker sores can be triggered by many factors like stress, medications, lower resistance fighting infection, etc.  There are oral yeast infections that result in mouth sores or burning tongue.  Treat the vaginal infection and let the canker sores resolve themselves.  Unsure of the soreness of nipples.

Common: Canker sores are common in young people particularly when under stress. They're caused by a virus.  Vaginal yeast infections are exceedingly common particularly when hormones cycle during periods. The two are unrelated. These are not typical infections in people with immune deficiency.

Stress & medications: Canker sores can either be from the herpes virus or sometimes an autoimmune ds. Either way stress will usually cause them to break-out.  Yeast, or fungus infections usually happen either from taking broad spectrum antibiotics or if you are using some type of inhaled steroid. Your best course of action is to see an oms to determine what is causing your specific symptoms and see what can be done.

Yes: Fungal ("yeast") infections are often secondary to other issues like a weakened immune system, as can be canker or other mouth sores. However, both can also be secondary to taking antibiotics, where the change to the normal bacterial components of your mouth allows fungi to thrive, resulting in both mouth sores and fungal infection. Pelvic infection?: Not sure what you mean by "ovaries feel sore". If you have low abdominal pain, see a doctor. Yeast doesn't do this, but other infections can (ncluding STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia if at risk). Was yeast professionally diagnosed? Yeast is not the most common cause of vaginal discharge. If any doubt at all, have the doctor visit ASAP. (If pain is severe or you have fever, do it immediately.)

History is key: Without a sore or a typical herpes lesion, I wouldn't even believe a positive blood test as evidence that you're clinically ill with herpes II. The labs aren't 100% for either strain.
