Stress & medications: Canker sores can either be from the herpes virus or sometimes an autoimmune ds. Either way stress will usually cause them to break-out. Yeast, or fungus infections usually happen either from taking broad spectrum antibiotics or if you are using some type of inhaled steroid. Your best course of action is to see an oms to determine what is causing your specific symptoms and see what can be done.
