General inbalance: There is no direct corelation between the yeast infection and canker sores. The occurrance of canker sores can be triggered by many factors like stress, medications, lower resistance fighting infection, etc. There are oral yeast infections that result in mouth sores or burning tongue. Treat the vaginal infection and let the canker sores resolve themselves. Unsure of the soreness of nipples.
