Pelvic infection?: Not sure what you mean by "ovaries feel sore". If you have low abdominal pain, see a doctor. Yeast doesn't do this, but other infections can (ncluding STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia if at risk). Was yeast professionally diagnosed? Yeast is not the most common cause of vaginal discharge. If any doubt at all, have the doctor visit ASAP. (If pain is severe or you have fever, do it immediately.)
