Sounds normal: Fecal analysis is a scam. No important health information results, especially in people with no symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal cramping, etc. Yeast cells are normal in stool, and so are "many bacteria". (Over half the weight of feces is made up by bacteria.)

should i see a gastroenterologist if my fecalysis test showed i have pus cell 1-2, rbc 0-1, yeast cell few?

No: The fecal test is normally performed to  examine for trace blood to  detect presence of a neoplasm.  The stool itself is composed of shed colonocytes, bacterial , food particles and bile pigment.  The bacteria comprise the microbiome of the intestine and if not perfect may contain an occassioanl yeast and WBC cell. Trace blood can always be found at a microscopic level. No GI work up needed.

i am experiencing bloody piles. and i go through stool test which also show large number of yeast cell in stool. why this hapend and is this worry for me?

Proctitis? Colitis?: Yeast cells are normal in the rectum and stool; that's not the problem. It sounds like you have proctitis, i.e. inflammation inside the rectum, or perhaps even colitis (same problem, higher up). These often are due to inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease). If any sexual activiity involving your rectum, esp. with other men, then an STD is a good bet. See a doctor ASAP.

10 days ago i had a stool test everything was fine only yeast cells 1-2. today i again had stool test now mucus is present with 0-1 yeast cells. i didn't see too much mucus maybe it was detected in lab. is it serious?

: Why did you have stool test? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described is not a cause for concern.

i was on antibiotics, got moderate yeast in my stool test. i'm using cream for itching, bruising. no i'm having temp 99.5-100f. is becoz of infection?

Fever: Everybody has yeast in their stool.  It is a normal component of intestinal flora.  If you have infection, it should be topical, with rash and itching, vaginal discharge, or rarely thrush.  A body temperature of 99.5 to 100 f is probably quite normal and unless you are experiencing other symptoms would advise ignoring this.  Write back if further issues.

A yeast infection : A yeast or fungal infection.Speak to your doctor about the results and treatment.

Nothing specific:  A finding of yeast in stool is expected. The +++ can be interpreted as a positive finding. What it means to the ordering doc is something you should discuss with them. Yeast are approximately 5% of the dry weight of poop &amp; are often more when a person has taken antibiotics recently.

Stool exam: Your daughter's stool exam is normal f she has anal and vaginal itching i would rule out the possibility of pin worms.

Accepted Answer

Many possibilities: Could be a contaminant or could be associated with a variety of issues.  Assuming you are an otherwise healthy female i would not pay much attention to it.  If on the other hand you have urinary tract issues, diabetes or recurrent infection or immunosuppression, i would discuss with your doc.  It is most definitely not associated with alcohol use.

gram smear result yeast cell + and fungal hypea +,now im taking betadine supposetory,duracan,cefix 400mg.is this something i could afraid of..

Candida vaginitis: Candida (yeast &amp; fungal hyphea) inside the vagina is common.  The duracan (fluconazol) is very effective for treating this.  The cefixime is treatment for a bacterial infection of some kind, but this antibiotic often leads to yeast vaginitis. Unfamiliar with betadine supposetories -- not prescribed commonly in the U.S.
