10 days ago i had a stool test everything was fine only yeast cells 1-2. today i again had stool test now mucus is present with 0-1 yeast cells. i didn't see too much mucus maybe it was detected in lab. is it serious?

Why did you have stool test? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
