Need eval: Please get seen PROMPTLY. Don't know when you got burned. The fact that your hand is swelling and hot is significant. If you have a fever throughout your body that is of more concern. Your burn might have become infected.  I encourage you to have this assessed.

UnCertain: There are many possibilities. This could be a muscle, like fibromyalgia, it could be arthritis, or could be another syndrome. It would be best if you ask your physician to help clarify this and possibly send you to a rheumatologist.

i've got a raised red puff burn scar on my arm and i've had it for 2 years, what degree of burn is it?

Doesn't matter: If it is a burn scar. We only know that it was a deep enough burn to leave a scar. If it is a small area, it may be improved in appearance with a minor scar revision. See a surgeon certified by the american board of plastic surgery to see if this is possible or advisable.

More info: In general, if the symptoms change with eating, it is likely gi.  If the discomfort getw worse with physical activity, cardiac causes may need to be considered.  If it gets worse worse with movement of your shoulder or arm, it may be musculoskeletal or a pinched nerve.  See your doctor.

my doctor says i have a frozen shoulder and gave me flexocam 7.5mg for ten days my meds are almost finished but my arms pains alot and shoulder blade burns at times my hole arm goes lame and i get pins and needles is this normal?

Nerve pinching: It seems like you are having a pinched nerve in addition to the frozen shoulder. Because of the spasming of the muscles secondary to inflammation around the shoulder and neck, it is leading to pinching of the nerve. Usually strong anti-inflammatory possibly steroids as well can help with the inflammation and some physical therapy in addition should help alleviate symptoms.

Migrane or fibromyal: It is possible you have true migrane headaches   neck and shoulder trigger points associated with fibromyalgia also can cause these symptoms but that's still not all the possibilities   you may need to see a neurologist.

Nerve root injury : Your description is suggestive of someone that is suffering from cervical radiculitis.  Injury to the nerve root as it exits the foramen can lead to pain, pins and needles (paresthesias), numbness, and/or weakness.  In someone of your age group the most likely cause is a disc herniation.

I would suggest that you meet with your doctor to discuss further treatment.

Need  an exam: The normal placement of the scar for brachioplasty is in the inner arm. This area is against the chest and is usually spared from a burn. If the burn scars are in the exposed part of the arm maybe they can be lessened with the brachioplasty. An examination with your plastic surgeon will be required to determine the best placement of your scars.
