What kind of cancer?: If you are worried about breast cancer, you need a mammogram.

Colon cancer: colonoscopy

lung cancer: chest ct

skin cancer: exam by a dermatologist

if any of those studies are concerning, they are followed by a biopsy, then by tests to see how far the cancer has spread, then by treatment.

Healthy diet: There is no immediate risk. For good health: Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco or alcohol in any form.

You can't: You need to understand that cancer cells are only very slightly different in their basic biology from other cells in our body. As they evolve, they become somewhat more vulnerable to chemotherapeutic agents that kill dividing cells, mostly because they lose some of their defenses as they evolve invasiveness. Your healthy cells constantly divide -- if this fails, you're dead in just a few days.

Eat fresh Foods: Processed foods contain many harmful elements, so you should avoid them entirely. Chicken in general is a healthier source of Proteins and much better to consume than ham, which is full of animal(saturated) fats...so it is not good for human consumption. You can get good healthy proteins from eating Eggs, Soy/Tofu, low fat dairy and plant nuts(like almonds and walnuts)

: Mono is a pattern disease with a collection of symptoms that can trigger specific white blood cells, the monocytes, to appear in greater numbers in the blood. There are at least three viruses that are known to trigger this pattern. THE Epstein Barr Virus is known to cause the majority of cases. There is a link of EBV to cancer in the 3rd world but this is rarely if ever seen in the US.

There are many factors that are considered when recommending a plan of reconstruction and the expectations that you would face and recovery times would vary depending on the technique chosen.
