Lots!: Try to avoid unnecessary pills. You take a lot! The only problem might be Prozac that can make side effects worse e/ both ritalin and xanax (alprazolam). Ask Dr to keep an eye on you - tell them if you notice dizzy or drowsey or other bad feelings.

Yes: Ritalin is a stimulant that is used to treat ADHD or ADD.  Xanax (alprazolam) treats anxiety.  It is possible for a patient with ADHD to have anxiety and both could be prescribed.  If you are taking Ritalin and don't really have ADHD / ADD then the stimulant could make anxiety worse and xanax (alprazolam) not effective.

Balanced combo: It is a safe combination mental/mood disorders. The only interaction is xanax (alprazolam) increases and Ritalin decreases sedation and drowsiness. However in the doses you mentioned is balanced.
If any concern contact your treating physician for clarification.
