my scrape is has clear tissue. you can see under the wound due to this soft tender clear whitish tissue. is it wound maceration? should i be concerned

We get worried when tissue turns red, hot & painful, sometimes w/pus dripping out or building up underneath. Regardless, if you're concerned, then you need to get evaluated in person. And update your tetanus.

i use carrot oil on my face to look healthy and have a good tan. it s maceration oil not essential oil. any bad effect or sides for health ?

Contains myristicin: Carrot seed oil contains myristicin which is also contained in nutmeg and can cause psychosis. It is thought, however, that the small amounts of myristicin absorbed is unlikely to cause the delirium, disorientation, and hallucinations that can be caused by ingesting larger quantities. However, there is a caveat in that this has never actually been tested. So, if you use this, be aware.

Sore bottom: Small tears are very common, especially with a first baby.  Most women require a few stitches.  Larger tears may require stitches in the muscles of the pelvic floor or around the anus.  These repairs heal very quickly and by the 6 week postpartum visit they typically look good as new.  You may need stool softeners if you have a large tear and expect a sore bottom for a few days to a few weeks.

Yes: All open wounds need to be dressed with an appropriate dressing.  You may need a wound specialist to determine the cause of the weeping.  This has a bearing on the type of dressing used as well as ancillary treatments.
