Doubtful: There's little data but it's doubtful. Even if marijuana elevated your BP (the most common cause of LVH), you'd have to be intoxicated the majority of the day, everyday, to thicken your heart. Alternatively, if you're athletic, the LVH may be benign, even a sign of health. Athletes commonly have LVH. Do you lift weights?

To Some Extent: Marijuana does not commonly effect hypertrophy or hypertension in a negative way but this is not a guarantee.   There have been rare reports of heart attacks and stroke associated with marijuana use.    Best advice: If you have underlying heart disease it is best to avoid any futher damage.  Damage to your lungs increases cardiac work and may precipitate further heart problems.

Yes: try other methods of sleep hygiene such as going to bed at the same time daily, limit TV/phone near bedtime, no caffeine, etc

LVH: LVH secondary to hypertension can sometimes regress with good antihypertensive control. Generally regression is seen after at least 6 months of control but variation is common. Sometimes no regression happens. There may be various contributors to LVH coexistent with the hypertension in some people.

Trigeminy: While Trigeminy is not normal, it does not necessarily presage problems. There isn't room here to describe the pathophysiology.
