i am once a day atenolol 25mg for hypertension and have mild lvh 1.3wall thknss, question is would marijuana use of caused the mild lvh ?

Doubtful: There's little data but it's doubtful. Even if marijuana elevated your BP (the most common cause of LVH), you'd have to be intoxicated the majority of the day, everyday, to thicken your heart. Alternatively, if you're athletic, the LVH may be benign, even a sign of health. Athletes commonly have LVH. Do you lift weights?
