Your : Your symptoms are concerning and i would advise that you seek out immediate medical evaluation if you haven't already done so.  Pain in the left lower quadrant can be caused by ovarian cysts (even if you have had a tubal ligation), tubal pregnancy (rare but can still occur after tubal ligation), intestinal causes such as diverticulitis, or urinary tract causes such as infection or stone.  Please be seen immediately for evaluation.

If you have fever, vomiting, light-headedness, or your pain continues then you should be seen as an emergency.

Kidney stones: It's likely that some stones or fragments lodged in your urinary bladder. If a urine culture doesn't show infection, it would point to stone problems within the bladder as a cause of the pain. A urologist should be involved in your care. Drink plenty of fluids and strain all urine with a handkerchief so that any stone retrieved can be analyzed.

: Left sided abdominal pain when menstruating may be due to endometriosis invasion of the intestinal wall, and will cause lower back pain also. If you are not on low dose oral contraceptives, ask your GYN physician about bcp's, to retain fertility, and reduce symptoms of ovulation related and menstrual pain, since both involve a dramatic decrease in estrogen, causing activation of endometriotic pain

Diffuse pain: See a human doc and give him/her a thorough history and detailed physical examination. That is the key to good medicine! You may be asked to have a laboratory exam and imaging (ultrasound or MRI, etc) exams and possibly see a specialist if he's stumped. Hopefully in the words of Frank Mankowicz (in "Casablanca") "This may be the beginning of a beautiful relationship."

: One sided abdominal pain with unprotected intercourse can represent pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic).  If your pain continues, and/or you have bleeding irregularly, obtain a serum HCG test, and if positive, see your gyn physician for an exam and other testing.

Doctor can examine: Patients who complain of constipation usually don't say they have ongoing back pain that comes with it. Thus, it would be a good idea to get a primary care doctor's evaluation to see if something else is going on with the back. One should write down details of symptoms, such as when back pain occurs (is it only during pushing out stool, is it only after pooping, or only before pooping, etc...).

Possible ureteral stone: The most likely urologic consideration with patients that have these symptoms at your age would be a stone in the ureter. These can be very uncomfortable and are often best evaluated  in an urgent care or emergency room setting where appropriate x-ray tests and urine specimens can be obtained. If the pain is not severe i would see your primary care physician within the next few days.

had a bowl of beans meal with chopped onions and garlic. soon after eating it started feeling a little pain in left side of lower abdomen near kidney.woke up at night the whole back hurts and moving hurts a lot. what could that be?

: "Chopped onions and garlic" can cause colon discomfort as the ingredients can stimulate more rapid passage of food.  If the discomfort continues, see your physician for an exam and referral if necessary.
