Push fluids: I would stay from solid food and focus on keeping yourself hydrated. You can try some over-the-counter pepto-bismol or acid reduction medication.  Some people feel that ginger ale settles their stomach. This may be related to some type of gastrointestinal bug however an ear infection can also cause similar symptoms.

Get seen: May be vestibular neuritis (inflammation of your vestibular/balance system in the inner ear) or something more serious.  See a doctor soon to determine a treatment plan and to ensure that this is not from something more serious.

"about 6 wks": Some spotting and cramping is possible at "about six to eight weeks" of pregnancy, due to a decrease in progesterone made in the ovaries. Soon, the placenta will take over this function,  but if the cramping, etc., continues, see your OB provider who may provide some progesterone to remedy the temporary deficit.  If this is a miscarriage, there is little which will stop it.

It is possible to have postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) - slowed mental ability - even in younger persons, especially if they've had some difficulties before.
