Boney spur?: It is possible that you have a bone chip working it's way out. Have the dentist who extracted the teeth check the area to be sure.

: Swelling following wisdom tooth extraction is not uncommon, but if your condition developed five days after the procedure it would be prudent to see your oral surgeon for a post operative evaluation.

White lump: Might be a benign tonsil stone.  However any and all white lesions in the oral cavity should be evaluated.  Please see your General Physician, your General Dentist, or a specialist ENT for evaluation.

Maybe a lymph nod: Perhaps a reactive lymph node. Or possibly swelling where a flap was raised. Should go away. See the surgeon to get information.

Could it be what?: It seems like you didn't finish asking the question. Your wisdom teeth can be painful and can definitely mimic TMJ pain.

You : You need to see your doctor and be seen immediately for this.  In the setting of a recent infection and being on antibiotics, to now have face swelling and a "ball" in your neck, with chest pain, is very concerning for a serious infection.  Please be seen immediately.  If your doctor cannot see you then you will need to go to the er.

Scar tissue maybe: When your extraction sites heal it could be a little scar tissue.  Point it out to your dentist to verify.  Hope this helps!

Go back for look: The safest thing is to go back to surgeon for a quick post op check.  Most do not mind a look as it is likely nothing.   If there were any post op problems such as infection, they would want to know that as well.

It is normal: Wisdom teeth extractions is a surgical procedure and is not completely risk-free. Pain and swelling following surgery is usually at its worst 24 – 48 hours after surgery. After that it should subside more and more every day and after 7 days stop. If after 7 days no improvement, see your dentist or an oral surgeon for post-op appointment and healing evaluation.
