Hade wisdom teeth removed 5 days ago now i have hard lump on both checks is it normal ?

Swelling following wisdom tooth extraction is not uncommon, but if your condition developed five days after the procedure it would be prudent to see your oral surgeon for a post operative evaluation.

You may have an infection in extraction site and a infection on other cheek from a cavity or other wisdom tooth. See your surgeon for an x-ray and exam on both sides of mouth. Swelling is normal but should be subsiding by now. Keep area clean.
